Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of YiAPI, including the website, dashboard, API gateway, account tools, subscription features, and related services. YiAPI is operated by ArcStack LLC.

Eligibility and Account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.

Service Use

You may use YiAPI to access supported AI API services, manage API keys, view usage, and purchase available credits or subscriptions. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable provider policies, platform rules, and export control requirements.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, resell access without written permission, or use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Promotions

Paid services may include balance top-ups, subscriptions, usage-based billing, or promotional offers. Prices, included quota, validity periods, renewal rules, and discounts are shown at checkout or in the dashboard. Promotional offers may have separate eligibility, duration, and usage limits.

For subscription services, you may cancel according to the cancellation controls provided in your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal when applicable, but already delivered service periods, consumed quota, or completed usage remain subject to the Refund and Return Policy.

Service Changes

We may update supported models, routing, pricing, rate limits, features, or availability as needed to maintain service quality, comply with provider requirements, or address operational risk.

Intellectual Property

The website, software, branding, documentation, and service design are owned by ArcStack LLC or its licensors. You retain rights to your own inputs and outputs subject to applicable law and provider terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcStack LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
